Will, a third generation auctioneer, has been actively involved in the family business since the mid 1990’s. Since that time, Will gained the knowledge to be considered a seasoned professional within the auction industry. With his involvement in the new and uncharted territory of internet auctions, he has been able to establish Iron Horse Auction Co. with a leading internet presence in offering small and large assets to an internationally diverse bidder pool.

Will has been called upon to perform asset verification, recovery, valuations and liquidations on numerous occasions by the U.S. District Court and U.S. Bankruptcy Court in multiple districts.

Will has also been retained by many of the national, regional and local financial institutions for his valuation and liquidation experience and has been invited to speak at several of their trade association meetings.

Marc holds valid Real Estate and Auction Licenses in NC and SC. He has been active in the real estate industry since 2007. Marc has closed several multi-million dollar transactions that resulted in growth, jobs, new construction and land conservation. His prior experiences in land surveying and law enforcement provide skills that are very useful in the complex world of negotiating with demanding clients and time sensitive issues. Marc is also a principal partner in Iron Horse Auction Company, Inc.

Tammy Pattan

Tammy Pattan has over 30-years of experience with new construction; has managed her own rental properties; and has worked extensively on many real estate transactions in her previous role with Iron Horse Auction Company. She is ready to use her knowledge to assist buyers and sellers with their real estate needs.

Scotty Baldwin

Scotty Baldwin holds a North Carolina Real Estate license and is in current pursuit of his auctioneers license. Scotty has experience with many types of transactions, including vacant land, commercial and residential. He is a proud father of 2 and a 33 year resident of Richmond County. Scotty has a well-versed background and prides himself on customer service and satisfaction.
